How much is delivery?
Delivery within Sydney Metro is 11.90 AUD.
Regional NSW & Interstate deliveries are $15.00 AUD.

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver dry goods to all major cities in Australia. We do not deliver to Northern Territory.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
At check out you will be able to select the date you need the box to be delivered from after the minimum order period of 3 business days. For example, if you order on Friday then you can choose the next Wednesday for delivery.


What time will my delivery arrive?
All orders are delivered on the date specified when purchasing your order. Unless otherwise specified all orders are delivered by 6pm.

Please note that in peak volume periods that delivery windows are wider. Our deliverers will do their best to deliver within the standard time frames but there may be situations beyond our control.

Whilst we will do our best to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner, we will not provide compensation for any late/missed deliveries that are at fault of the couriers.


When will my regional NSW and interstate delivery arrive?
3-6 business days from dispatch for regional NSW and interstate Metro areas. To ensure the quality of your order, perishable items that require refrigeration are not available outside of Sydney Metro.


What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t at home, the courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so.

If the courier is unable to leave the package, the box will be sent back to us and a re-delivery can occur for an additional fee.

If we are unable to deliver to the address, the order is returned to base. We can redeliver the order at a $15 additional delivery charge for non-perishable items.


What if I provide the wrong address?
If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If we are unable to re-deliver on the same day then you will need to purchase a new box and delivery.


Do you deliver to police stations, airports or government bases?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to police stations/centres, domestic and international airport terminal, and government bases (eg. military/navy defense bases) due their strict regulations for accepting deliveries.


Do your boxes have nuts or traces of nuts?
Yes. As we do not produce the products ourselves we cannot guarantee that a product will not come in contact with nuts.


When is the latest possible time I can order for quick delivery?
There is a minimum order period of 3 business days which will be available to choose from at check out. Our cut off is 5pm Tuesday Sydney EST time for a Friday delivery for Sydney Metro. Another example, if you order on Friday then you can choose the next Wednesday for delivery.


What is your Refund and Cancellation Policy?
Once you have checked out then the order is locked in. If you need to cancel your order then 48 hours notice is required. There are no refunds, however if you give 48 hours notice then you will be sent a credit towards your next purchase.
