Quince Mostarda combined the traditional Spanish membrillo paste with the Italian mostarda. Both are a condiment made with the quince fruit, sweater the quince, and a bit tangier the mostarda that contains also some mustard.
Use this paste to accompany:
- aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano, Manchego, Truffle Pecorino.
- salami and prosciutto.
- roast pork and brasato.
