Penne Rigate n. 66 - Rummo

500 g
A pasta to do it all. Penne Rigate came from the Campania region and is one of the most famous, versatile and widely used shapes of Italian cuisine.

These ridged tubes, made to mimic the nib of a fountain pen and hold mouthfuls of sauce, combine perfectly with all types of sauces. You can pair it easily with a thick ragu, a creamy sauce, or a baked dish.

Each piece of pasta was slowly crafted with infinite care in the family-owned Rummo factory of Benevento in the region of Campagnia, Italy.
Rummo pasta tradition start back in 1846 when Antonio Rummo launches the family business of milling wheat.
