Originally from Rome, Rigatoni is a cornerstone of Italian kitchens. These ample, ridged tubes capture the ingredients you pair it with and are ideal with a classic meat ragù, sausage and fennel rigatoni, or an oven-baked dishes such as an eggplant casserole.

Each piece of pasta was slowly crafted with infinite care in the family-owned Rummo factory of Benevento in the region of Campagnia, Italy. 
Rummo pasta tradition start back in 1846 when Antonio Rummo launches the family business of milling wheat.
