Typical of Southern Italy, these tomatoes are blanched, peeled and enveloped in a rich tomato sauce. Ideal in slow cooked meat dishes, or even add them as a side to your egg and bacon breakfast.

Since 1856 Cirio has been a piece of history with its founder and namesake, Cirio, one of first to use the preservation technique of apperitization.
